By placing an order through lunaveracg.com, you agree to these Terms and the store policies applicable to the transaction, including our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Payment & Security information, and other applicable store policies.

02. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, specifications, materials, functions, intended-use information, pricing, and availability accurately.

Minor differences in appearance may occur because of screen settings, ambient lighting, materials, manufacturing tolerances, production batches, texture, fabric characteristics, color perception, or other reasonable product variations.

Customers should review available product measurements, specifications, material information, mounting methods, surface compatibility, load limits where applicable, storage capacity, care requirements, placement recommendations, and intended-use details before purchase.

03. Order Submission & Acceptance

An order confirmation indicates that an order request has been received. It does not necessarily mean that payment verification, inventory review, fraud-prevention checks, or fulfillment checks have been completed.

We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary because of payment failure, suspected fraud, unavailable inventory, material pricing errors, legal restrictions, or inability to fulfill the purchase.

If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.

04. Prices, Taxes & Payment

Before an order is completed, checkout displays applicable product prices, available payment methods, shipping charges, taxes where applicable, discounts, and the final order total.

By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

05. Processing & Shipping

Orders are normally processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. During unusually busy periods, processing may require up to 5 business days.

For standard shipping to supported United States destinations, estimated carrier transit is generally 10–15 business days after dispatch.

Applicable shipping charges are displayed during checkout.

06. Returns & Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

After an approved return has been received, inspected, and approved, we initiate the eligible refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. The payment provider may require additional posting time.

07. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Incomplete Products

If a Lunaveracg™ bathroom product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from its description, contact us promptly.

Where relevant, please provide photographs or videos showing the product, packaging, missing components, included accessories, mounting hardware, brackets, removable parts, fabric or material condition, damaged area, assembly issue, stability issue, lid or pedal issue, or other concern being reported.

Once the issue is reviewed and confirmed, we will provide an appropriate solution at no additional cost to the customer for an error attributable to us.

08. Order Changes & Cancellations

Change or cancellation requests should be sent as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist before fulfillment begins, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after processing, fulfillment, shipment preparation, or dispatch has started.

No cancellation fee is charged when an order is successfully canceled before fulfillment.

09. Promotional Offers

Discount codes, limited-time offers, and promotions may be subject to eligibility requirements, expiration dates, minimum purchase requirements, exclusions, usage limits, or other conditions presented with the applicable offer.

10. Appropriate Product Use

Products purchased through our store must be used lawfully and in accordance with applicable product information, specifications, setup instructions, warnings, care guidance, mounting requirements, load limits, placement recommendations, and precautions.

Customers should review the product dimensions, intended bathroom environment, recommended placement, mounting requirements, surface compatibility, load limits where applicable, material care, and recommended use before operating or using a product.

Products should be assembled, installed, positioned, cleaned, stored, and used appropriately for their intended environment.

Where applicable, customers should consider moisture, heat, ventilation, surface compatibility, mounting strength, clearance, available space, surface stability, room conditions, and other factors relevant to proper product use.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from a purchase, transaction, or use of the store.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts consumer rights, remedies, warranties, or liabilities that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or restricted.
